Each of the figures for this ToysRus Exclusive had custom paint jobs with the soot, from the fire. This specific figure has the soot directly and purposefully wiped om the breasts. this is the prominent spot for the soot and, to me, is blatant.
Mezcos packaging is an encapsulation, and this figure has never been opened. this is a major Manufacturers error.
